Each romantic guest bedroom is a step back in time to the Victorian age. All rooms feature a comfortable queen size antique bed with pillow top mattress, antique furniture and numerous amenities. The private baths all have a whirlpool tub, pedestal sink and heated ceramic floors. The Inn provides complimentary toiletries from Caswell-Massey (America’s oldest chemists and perfumers). The rooms are each named after a vintage rose: Lady Victoria’s Room, Lady Charlotte’s Room, Lady Heather’s Room, Lady Rebecca’s Room and Lady Tess’ Room. The Rose motif is prevalent throughout as in Victorian times.

The elegant Honeymoon Suite with turret sitting area. This exquisite room is romantically known as the Honeymoon Suite. The oversized guest room features a five sided turret with sitting area that overlooks the main street. This is an ideal place for a private morning breakfast or late evening snack. Awake in the morning to a rainbow of color streaming through the glass turret windows. The room is graced with a romantic queen sized four poster bed covered with a beautiful rose trellis comforter. A Victorian loveseat, cedar chest and marble-topped dresser create a warm atmosphere reminiscent of that grand era. The oversized, jetted tub highlights its private bath. His and Hers closets include soft, terry robes to use during your stay.
Lady Heather’s Room

This elegant room is the largest of the guest rooms and is graced with an oversized antique walnut bedroom suite from the 1860’s that fills the room. Pieces are all hand carved with birds and flowers including a queen size bed with a high-back headboard and footboard, a wash stand with mirror, and a double dresser with mirror. Both the wash stand and dresser have matching marble tops. The bed is covered with a rich red renaissance-style quilt. There is ample space for sitting and relaxing.
Lady Tess’ Room

This room has an antique queen size Victorian walnut high back bed with a hand stitched blue quilt with homespun warmth. A dresser with mirror is nestled in one corner. The walls are painted in a bright yellow hue to give the room a warm homey feeling. The wall paper border has vintage cameos interspersed among flowers and dragonflies.
Lady Charlotte’s Room

A very inviting, quaint room that includes a queen size oak bed covered with a patchwork quilt with flowers and stripes in hues of pink and green. Turn of the century furniture including antique oak dressers and Eastlake chairs complete this room. Its private bath features a beautiful stained glass window with sitting area
Lady Rebecca’s Room

A cozy room that features painted hardwood floors and a casual Victorian setting. This room is bright and cheerful and has a garden feel to it. The queen size white iron bed is covered with a vintage style quilt embroidered in burgundy, pink and blue. Other furniture includes an antique painted armoire and various wicker/antique pieces.

The inn is wonderfully appointed and immaculate. The rooms with individual baths are very spacious and comfortable. We could not have found a more delightful place to stay and visit with our friends.
